Shriner’s Parade 2025 Belleville IL

How long is it suppose to rain?

This Shriner’s Parade was a wet one. It started with a slight drizzle and then into a decent downpour that was short lived. That did not deter all the of the participants from marching in the parade. It did keep turn out pretty low for the event compared to previous years the event was held. In past years there used to be a wide variety of entrants into the parade. The Shriner’s Parade was started off with the Shriner’s followed by the Belleville Chief of Police, St. Clair County Sheriff, and the Coroner. Other local officials and past leaders of the Shriner’s organization also started towards the front of the procession. It was great to see people excited about the parade and the little kids rushing out to get candy. Hopefully next year the parade has more participants and a bigger turnout.
