With the heat index topping out at 106 degrees in the sun, it was brutal to be in midday sun. The event was emceed by Queen Mocha Latte, who is a local radio personality. Don’t the let the local part fool you. She is an award winning individual who does so much for the community. The Steward Foundation was the presenter for the event.

The unintended Belle-Failure – Fair Saint Clair the little engine that might…….

The fair happened for 160 years prior to it ending 2015. The fair used to be five days and in its last few years was moved to 4 days. With it being revived this year it will only be a three day event. That seems like a good start and not trying to over burden themselves with a week long event.
